Hello Mr XXXXXXX

If you have severe pain in the throat with yellowish phlegm, then you will need a course of antibiotics, I usually prescribe Azithromycin for my patients and it is available on prescription only.

The presence if bacterial infection has to be confirmed first by examination, so I urge you to consult your local doctor as soon as possible.

Apart from that, I would also prescribe my patients to do gargling with betadine solution three times a day for 3 to 5 days.

And for fever, you can take Tablet. Dolo 650, 3 to 4 times a day for 5 days.
