Question : Hi. I have a ct angiogram that i am doing tomorrow. Am really freaking out about the procedure. I have anxiety and suffer from panic attacks. Any advice at all about the procedure? Thank you.

Hi,
Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
CT Coronary angiography is just like any other CT scan and their is nothing to be feared about it.
In it first a drug(dye) is given than CT scan is done to see the coronaries.
The whole procedure takes around 20-30minutes.
So just be calm and the test will be done in no time.
