I don't have any thyroid or diabetes ailments and I am not taking any medications related to that.
I have uploaded the picture in the reports section.please look into it.
I have obesity. My weight is 76 kg. I guess that is the reason for dark patch.
Also, I have tried a cream named kojivit some 6 months back. But it didn't provide any results. So,I have discontinued it.
So,kindly provide any creams to reduce the darkness in my neck area.

It is related to overweight.
I would recommend you to glycolic acid 6 percent cream (Glyco 6 cream)on the dark skin at night along with Xerina cream on the entire neck in the morning.
Alse tablet Canthex twice daily for 4 weeks.
This will help in resolving your problem.
Also try to reduce weight.
