Question: Hi, I have a hot burning sensation in my hands, specifically my left one. It feels like hot boiling water on my hands all the time. I believe it's carpel tunnel since it's coming from my wrist. Is there a way to heal carpel tunnel without surgery? Thank you.

carpal tunnel syndrome can be treated without surgery by Gabapentin, nortriptyline,and oral steroids , intralesional depomedrol can also be given if medicines dont work.
