Question : Hi. I have a little solid bb feeling like thing close to the end inside my penis. Like cartilage or something. I appear to be functioning properly but I first noticed this a little more then a week ago and I’m concerned. Can u help with any info?

It could be a swollen gland. Please let me know :
Do you have burning while urination, fever, penile discharge/ulcer, pain at that site?

For detailed clinical examination, I would suggest you to consult with urologist. He may procure ultrasound as per evaluation to rule out any possibilities for cyst/any other lesion.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. Till then keep yourself hydrated.
