Question : Hi I have a pacemaker and have been having a high pulse rate 110-145. Blood pressure is ok Also have irregular heartbeat.
Real tired when I walk.

I think your problem is a ranaway pacemaker. Your tachycardia is above the upper limit that the pacemaker generator is supposed to discharge.

Magnet application may be tried or maybe you need to remove pacemaker.
