Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think it can be primary cough headache. It is caused by sneezing, coughing or straining and may last for hours.
If you are suffering any respiratory tract infection such flu ,cold , bronchitis or sinuses infection such sinusitis you should get treated.
Sinusitis, sinus congestion and inflammation can be a cause of headache and also can give sneezing, blocked nose and cough. Treating them would make you feel better.
Avoiding straining is necessary in order not to experience the pain. Paracetamol and ibuprofen will help.
If you experience other symptoms such dizziness, imbalance,, vertigo, double vision you should get further medical attention
Hope I have answered the question .
Let me know if I can assist you further.
