Brief Answer:
Primary cough headache possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think this can be related to primary cough headache. It can be caused by coughing, sneezing or straining.
Having a respiratory tract infection , cold, flu sinusitis can make it happen.
If you are having any of the infections I mentioned you should get treated.
I don't think this is serious because you don't have other symptoms like blurred vision, double vision , dizziness or imbalance.
If you experience any of these symptoms an MRI is needed.

Hope I have answered the question .
Let me know if I can assist you further.
