I saw the picture.
I would like to have some more information.
1.What is the duration of these lesions?
2.Whether they appeared spontaneously or after some food intake?
3.Did you had this type of lesions before?
4.Do you have fever now?
As per the picture,it looks like Folliculitis, infection and inflammation in relation to hair follicle.
It is most commonly caused by bacteria.
I prescribe Antibiotic like Linezolid 600mg twice daily and Anti inflammatory tablet for a week to my patients with similar complaints.
Nothing to worry.
It will come down.

Thank you. Lesions appeared 1 day after my son came down with the flu. The picture is from the fist day, when they appeared. The blisters are not painful, not itchy. Linezolid is not available in the United States.

As per your description,it looks like a Bacterial infection.
IIf Linezolid is not available,I prescribe Capsule Clindamycin or Faropenem Tablet to my patients here.
But, you should consult a Dermatologist to get a Prescription as you need an Antibiotic.
