Question: Hi! I have a small pituitary brain tumor (less than 3mm) and I had an upsetting argument with my husband, whom I adore of 18+ years. We have a great marriage, but we are moving and commuting and it's a bit stressful.
My temples and my jaw are hurting strongly (9) and my heart is racing and my back and neck are hurting. I'm worried that I'm having an aenyeurism (sp) or something. I am not having any arm pain. I am 5/7 and approx. 125-130lbs

Brief Answer:
A sudden rise in the blood pressure.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I don't think this has to do with your brain tumour. I suggest you measure your blood pressure right now and your heart rate.

I suppose you may be experiencing an increased blood pressure and an increased heart rate. It doesn't get better after taking medications you just took.

I don't even think that you may have an aneurysm unless you have an evidence of it.

Don't take any medication with any measurements.
Another possibility is a spondylo-arthrosis, an arthritis of the spine. It gets better with the use of anti-inflammatory drugs you just took.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
