Question : Hi,

I have a small white lump to the base of my gums on the right side at the bottom.

It has been there for about two weeks. It is just very slightly painful to the touch but not really. I have attached pictures. Does it look suspicious? What could it be?

Well, if it is bony hard it can be a Bony Torus that is a bony overgrowth.

But for confirmation, you should consult a Dentist and get clinically checked.

An x ray should be done for confirmation..
