Question : Hi, I have an itchy nipple area that I am worried about.
The itch is more the areola area.
The nipple itself seems fine and my breast isn't sore or hot.
I do have psoriasis so it could maybe be that.

Brief Answer:
Eczematous dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have viewed the image and gone through the query.

I do see an inflamed red area in the area of areola. It seems like a non specific eczematous dermatitis rather than a psoriasis patch. I suggest you to apply a moderately potent topical steroid e.g either Mometasone furoate cream or Triamcinolone acetonide cream, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
