Question : Hi I have attached some pictures for you to look at and circled what I am asking about. What does this look like to you? Does this look like anything serious? Is this HPV or just glands?

When I pull the surrounding skin the lumps in question stretch out

They are not anything new I noticed them a couple of years ago

I have seen the attached images. The circled area shows enlarged and prominent glands. These are not suggestive of HPV or any other abnormality. No need to worry.

Thank you for messaging me back and putting my mind at ease. So just to clarify these lumps in question are not warts and have nothing to do with HPV??
I get really worried about my vaginal health and tend to panic over lumps and bumps

Warts are usually firm to touch and are not soft. This seems to be normal vaginal glands. Nothing to do with HPV.
