                                            Anticoagulants may be needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
Taking provera can increase the risk of blood clotting and more in your case that you suffer from pelvic congestion ( varicose veins of pelvis) and increased platelets count.
You may need to discuss with your doctor for usage of antiagregants such aspirin or anticoagulants such warfarine or clopidogrel. Using them together with provera may lower the risk of blood clots.
Also if this isn't considered as a good option by your doctor you can discuss for another way of treating pelvic congestion such non surgical embolisation procedure.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
