Question : Hi.. I have been trying yo conveive from past 5 months with no luck.. everytime I have sex I keep my hips elevated for around 30-40 mins and then sleep.. Bit when i get up in the morning the semen comes out and keeps coming out bit by bit till next day afternoom.. Is this normal or can this be the reason I am not able to conceive.. Also wanted to know is it normal to take so long to get pregnant.. I am 28 years old..

Hello dear,

I have gone through your history and understand your concern.
In the morning if semen come out,it is normal finding.
In normal cycle there is only 18-20% chance of pregnancy.
Take folic acid tablet once daily and try alternate days sex, if rest of your reports are normal, you will be able to conceive in few months.
