Question : Hi I have blacBlack squiggly things coming out of my skin and also my vagina they look like they are fuzzies or resemble a fiber I’m really freaked out because they are all over my body look at these baby it’s getting worse some of the move

No deff not black heads they are stringy black worm looking things that some move they are in my urine in my spit nose everywhere they look like lil black hooks then the bigger ones are looking like a a black fiber as long as 2 inches when I run them out of my skin sum are even red and blue wth I read about morgeghellons disease but I’m not sure I’ve lost a lot of weight I feel things crawling in my eyes I’m so grossed out I don’t know how to send a picture

Your symptoms might be related to Morgellons disease.

I would recommend the following examination to confirm the diagnosis.
-a complete blood count
-a urinalysis
-a stool test
-a thyroid hormone level

I would also recommend a visit to a dermatologist and also a psychiatric evaluation.

Meanwhile, I would recommend taking antihistamines such as Levocetirizine 10 mg daily for temporary relief.
