Thank you for your reply.
It has been a very long time. Possibly around 10 years.
It is stationary, just increasing the way muscle increase.
I took homeopathy ailments from a specialist in XXXXXXX for a few months in 2017-2018. Unfortunately, it didn't help.
I could feel some roughness in the dark area when I touch it as compared to other skin. It doesn't pain but it doesn't look good either.

Brief Answer:
Go for laser treatment
Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be either a becker’s naevus or a port wine stain.
Both are a type of birth marks which appear later in life and can be treated by laser .
Multiple sessions probably 8-10 sittings will be required every 6-7 weeks.
This will cause around 70 percent improvement.
Oral and topical medicines won’t help in treating it.
