Hi, I Have Got Multiple Itchy Lesions Over My Ankle

Question: Hi, I have got multiple itchy lesions over my ankle area and wrist area since 2009. Sometimes it gets converted to fluid filled vesicles. I have taken multiple medicines but of no use. Kindly help.

I have uploaded the image. It started from legs. Lesions over wrist and legs are same. It does not worsen at night.

You seem to have Lichen Planus which presents as purple, itchy, papules and plaques at various body sites. I suggest you to use a potent topical steroid cream e.g either clobetasol propionate 0.05% or halobetasol propionate 0.05% ointment, twice daily. In addition i suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10mg tablet once a day. These are prescription medications and I suggest you to consult your local doctor and use them under supervision.
