Hi, I Have Had A Cold For 18 Days, Stuffy

I have had a cold for 18 days, stuffy nose and headache. The last five days my headache still persists with pressure around my eyes, and I have had a lot of post nasal drip, which has resulted in my coughing a lot, especially at night. I have been trying to sleep sitting upright so that I am not coughing so much. Needless to say, I am exhausted. I have been using a humidifier, breathing in steam to loosen up my nasal passages, using flonase and taking Coricidian by day and Benydryl by night. Nothing seems to be working. What should I do next?
