* As per my clinical experience, eruptions over both cheeks like pimple seem
to be hyperactivity or sensitivity of sweat glands to certain temperature
changes most likely.

Kindly provide further information so that I can answer your query completely.

1. Duration of skin lesion with progress since onset.
2. Is there associated itching, discharge if any ?
3. Recent history of any drug intake, changes involving exposure to sun ?
4. Do you have diabetes ?
5. If possible and no objection, a photo pic of the same as an attachment
during follow up conversation would help great.

Thanks for the details.

* As there is itching with fishy smell, possible issue with fungal or viral
infection is more likely as in sun exposure condition, there will not be fishy
smell usually ( though individual case differences can be encountered ).

Though it is not life threatening condition or to worry, precise care must be taken to cure it best way.

My guidelines at present

- keep the area clean with antiseptic liquid or soap
- apply aloe vera gel and turmeric paste on alternate basis every 4-6 hourly
- avoid sun exposure for an excess period of times
- avoid smoking if consuming ( as hydrocarbons may flare the sweat gland
activities )

- tablet cetrizine or diphenhydramine for itching relief
- control of blood sugar
- consulting with a dermatologist for prescription of anti fungal with or
without antibacterial as per his or her clinical evaluation

Hemorrhoids are of two types as below.

* External hemorrhoid is just a skin tag , usually at the 12 o`clock position
peri anal region.
* Internal hemorrhoid ( tissue of anal canal ) is usually not visible outside
unless it protrudes during excess straining at defecation via hard stool.
If developed fully , internal hemorrhoids can be seen as clock position of 3
7 and 11 o`clock regions which is a finding of proctoscopy by consultant
surgeon.

The stomach upset if it gives constipation with hard stool , that case may be an underlying cause of internal hemorrhoid appearance otherwise not.

Again hemorrhoids are not life threatening provided proper care has been taken as

- avoid hard stool by taking plenty of liquids, high fiber diet as green veg,
organic fresh fruits
- avoid spices, non veg, junk foods if consuming
- consume bulk forming laxative as Ispaghula or Psyllium husk at night with
a glass of lukewarm drinking water
- sitz bath ( sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water added epsom salt , for
5 minutes 2-3 times a day )
