Question : Hi I have horrible back pain and nothing seems to work. Tylenol , aspirin, aleve. But nothing helps my lower back hurts so bad I dont even want to get out of the house. What can I do to help I've even seen chiropractors. And still the same I'm young and I'm a farmer so this is probably y I feel like this please help.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are many medical conditions that can cause back pain.

I recommend doing an x-ray which can help through the diagnosis.

I see that you have already used anti-inflammatory medication without any results.

So, I recommend steroid injection for pain relief.

I also recommend physical therapy and light activities such as walking.

I suggest warm compresses for local application and a topical anti-inflammatory gel such as Voltaren gel.

Bed rest isn't recommended.

If the pain continues, I suggest to see an orthopedist for further evaluation.
