Question : Hi, I have pain when pressing on my chest and around my boob etc I Also have pain in my back on my shoulder blade (I think) a little further over too. I also have a kinda funny feeling in my arm,
Do you think this could be heart related?
I have a heart thing for my heart rate and oxygen, they are 73 and 98.
I don’t really feel the pain is worse with rest. I’d say it’s the same, I haven’t done much today so unsure What it’s like with physically activity.

                                    Brief Answer:
Unlikely to be related to heart
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
This is unlikely to be cardiac. Firstly, considering your age, probability is low. And the pain which increases on pressure is never cardiac, but it's usually a musculoskeketal pain. Also, the pain in the back may be musculoskeketal or related to cervical issues. Funny feeling in the arm may be related to cervical issues.
Cardiac pain would typically occurs or increases on exertion and relieves with rest.
So, hearing to symptoms, doesn't feel like cardiac cause. However, there is no harm in getting yourself evaluated with ecg and other tests.
I guess, you don't have any gastric symptoms.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
