Question : Hi I have pic of what I’m trying to describe. I have these little red blood dots on my upper thigh in a cluster. And the other thigh looks like it’s getting some too

They seem like purpuric spots. Did you scratch the area? or was there some rubbing? Are you on some oral medication? Are there any local symptoms like pain? burning?

I am not on any medication and it doesn’t burn or itch. Maybe a week ago, I recall burning in that area;however, nothing was there.
