Brief Answer:
Pityriasis versicolor, oral & topical antifungals

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be pityriasis versicolor which is a superficial fungal infection of the skin.
I would recommend you to take oral and topical antifungal.
I would recommend you to take capsule itraconazole 100 mg twice daily for 5 days and apply sertaconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for 4 weeks.
This should help in resolving this.
Antifungals are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Dr Asmeet
