Question : Hi
I have rotator cuff tear and I am going to physiotherapy. I have just gone for 5 sittings and still I have to go. Can I take Dolo 650 for my pain and if yes how much times in a day.

Usually rotator cuff strengthening after partial tears require few months of physiotherapy to get back appreciable strength.

You can take Dolo 650mg three times a day if you are not allergic to Paracetamol and no liver disease.

Also apply warm packs to the injured area for relief.

You have not told me for how many days at a stretch I can take Dolo 650 mgm for 3 times in a day.

I am not allergic to Paracetamol nor I have liver diseases.
