Question : Hi, I have swollen lymph nodes (found in my stomach during an MRI) and a swollen spleen by one inch. Is this something I should be worried about?

Hi,

Abdominal lymphnode swelling and mildly enlarged spleen indicate that there is something going on - perhaps inflammation / infection. The information that I have and the blood results are insufficient to truly judge the nature of the problem; but my guess is an infection. It needs to be evaluated further.

I will urge you to consult a gastroenterologist to probe further. You might need a series of blood tests and endoscopies further. Based on the results a treatment will be planned.
