I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and it doesn't look much like breast cancer sign. It doesn't look much like orange skin. It looks more like folliculitis or inflammation of the hair follicles of skin.
You should not worry about breast cancer only because of this sign.
Follow with ultrasound check ups.
