Brief Answer:
Feedback.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
I welcome you to HCM virtual clinic.
I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
First of all do not panic.
Anti thyroid antibody levels are high, as per your reports.
But as you have already started on Thyroid medication, you need not worry.
I would like to know about few things in detail.
1. What is your pregnancy gestational age?
2. What's the dose of thyroid medication?
3. Any other medical issues?
4. Any supplements?
Please feel free to communicate with me again.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Don't worry about miscarriage. VitaminC, NMP TO BE ADDED.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there
thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back to me.
I have read your reply.
Please do not worry.
As your TSH levels are within normal limits, risk of miscarriage due to thyroid problem is almost nil.
You are on right treatment schedule.
I will suggest you to add vitamin C 500 mg on daily basis, through out pregnancy.
Also, Micronized natural progesterone support till 14 weeks of pregnancy is advisable.
Please seek prescription support for the same from your treating doctor.
Opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regime.
Avoid refined sugar and deep fried foods and bakery products in the diet.
Include more portions of fruits and vegetables and salads in the diet.
I wish you a healthy pregnancy.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
