Question: Hi!

I recently cut my leg when a bowl fell and shartered at my feet. I have used wound closure/Steri strips to pull the skin back together. Do i need stitches?

It depends how much time passed from the cut, (hours or days?), however, if the steri-strips approximated the edges of the wound correctly, there is no need for stitches.

If not a correct closure with steri-strips, or a few hours from the cut, it would be solved better with one or two slim stitches.
