Brief Answer:
Nothing to concern. Please see detailed answer below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
I have gone through your reports and here is my advice.
As per attached reports, creatinine level is slightly on lower side but it's not significant as other investigations BUN and Glomerular filtration rate GFR is absolutely normal. Slightly lower creatinine level may be excess water intake.
Liver function tests Total bilirubin, AST, ALT, protein/albumin levels are absolutely normal. Fasting sugar level is also normal.
Slightly raised CL level is also not significant as major electrolytes Na, K, Ca, Mg are absolutely normal.
Slightly raised lymphocyte% may be due to bacterial/viral infection. Though other parameters are normal, please let me know do you have fever, cough, any other symptoms or taking any medications.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Nothing to concern. Please see detailed answer below.

I take 750mg of oxycarbazepine a day dor my trigeminal neuralgia. Currently i have a stuffy nose on one side every morning and some post nasal drip throughout the day but no fever. Im bad about not drinking enough so Im trying to drink more. It seems im only ever stuffy on my trigeminal side, which is what lead to the diagnosis earlier this year. I had a clean sinus CT scan and a normal ultrasound on my thyroid. Was diagnosed first by the ENT then a neurologist.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
As you had already consulted with ENT specialist and done sinus CT which is normal, so nothing to concern.
Stuffy nose/nasal congestion may be due to allergy or dry air. Hope ENT specialist have ruled out Deviated nasal septum which may also cause repeated stuffy nose.
For allergic nasal congestion, you can take anti histaminic tablet loratidine 10 mg once a day. It is available over the counter. Use nasal saline drops locally. Use humidifier. Keep yourself warm.
Along with that kindly avoid hot, spicy foods as heartburn/acidity may be cause for post nasal drip. Avoid smoking if you have it. Continue medications as advised.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
