Question : Hi, I suffer from BP 140/90 uncontrolled and 120/80 controlled on amlodipine + bisoprolol (2.5 mg each). However with medication heart rate has also dropped to 48. Can I replace above two with cilidipine ?

Hello

No do not replace it with completely different drug. Just take plain Amlodipine 2.5 mg and slowly titrate upto 5 mg per day while monitoring your bp.
