Brief Answer:
It may cause dizziness and drowsiness.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

It is not recommended to take NyQuil and alprazolam together.
Taken together they may cause dizziness, drowsiness, sleepiness, difficulty concentration and performing certain tasks such driving and operating hazardous machinery.
There is nothing you can do just avoid driving and operating hazardous machinery.
There are no other side effects that may happen so you don't have to be afraid.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
