Question : Hi,
I took the morning after pill day three of fertile window, one day after sex. How can I ensure it’s effective. Condom broke, I have little girl and I am still breast feeding and have regular periods.

The morning after pill is highly effective when taken properly. It can reduce pregnancy risk up to 95% when taken within 24 hours.
You took it within 72 hours after intercourse ( exactly as soon as 24 hours after intercourse) so you are protected and I can reassure you that you will not be pregnant.
I think you should not worry about getting pregnant.
