Question : Hi I usually have rush on my hand . Because i do have a lot of stress then allergy too. Can i use Benardly or Can i buy over counter . or any medication for stress or allergy

Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergic dermatitis.

I recommend to use Cetirizine 10 mg daily in the evening.

Benadryl can also be helpful to relieve the symptoms.

I also recommend to use a hydrocortisone cream for local application in the rash area.

Cool water can also relieve the rash.

To relieve the stress you can take a supplement of vitamin C and B complex.

I also suggest to eat healthy, sleep well and exercise.

Chamomile tea can also be helpful.
