Question : Hi I was diagnosed with Lichen sclerosis a week ago. Was prescribed estrogen tablets, cream and the steroid cream. My question is does Lichen Sclerosis create a smell because I have one that I would really Iike to get rid of. It seems to coming from that area. I can smell it...

Lichen sclerosis doesn’t cause a smell.
It could be due to a fungal infection.

I would recommend you apply topical antifungal like Miconazole cream on the affected area twice daily for 2 weeks and take antifungal like tablet Fluconazole 200 mg single dose stat.

This should help in resolving your problem.
