Question: Hi, I was diagnosed with vitamin b12 and D deficiency. B12 - 204 and D - 15.
My symptoms were GERD and tongue tiredness which make speaking bit difficult.
I am taking medication for last one month (Nervijen plus and D-rise 60000 IU). No marked improvement yet.

However last week I tried Nuerobion and could see immediate improvement with my tongue lasted for couple of hours..I experimented couple of times and result are good.

what could be the reason that nuerobion works, but not nervijen.
