Brief Answer:
Regarding acne

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.

If your concern is acne then you may use topical antiacne products like clindamycin gel, benzoyl peroxide gel, adapalene gel along with oral antibiotics like doxycycline or minocycline, provided your cycles are regular and your acne is not part of cycle irregularity and there are no other suggestive signs of that like coarse facial hair, oily skin etc. On the other hand if your acne is a part of underlying hormonal imbalance like irregular menstural cycles, coarse facial hair, seborrhea and hair shedding/ thinning from scalp then it would be advisable to take a birth control pill (most commonly a combination of ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone acetate like diane 35, XXXXXXX etc)

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance

Brief Answer:
Regarding acne

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
No. Primolut N is used mainly for irregular menstrual cycles by gynaecologist. It is a synthetic progesterone. However, if acne is sign of hormonal imbalance, the better pill to use is a combination of estrogen and progestational agent ( ethinyl estradiol and cyperoterone acetate) like diane 35. It is a prescription drug.
take care. Let me know if you need any more assistance
