Hi, I Went To See A Nurse And It Seems

Question: Hi, I went to see a nurse and it seems I have an epididymal cyst, approximately 1cm in diameter which feels slightly detached from the top part of the left testicle. It causes me some discomfort in my groin and pelvis and seems to fluctuate in firmness . I'm 38 and in excellent health so I'm a little confused as to why I might have developed this. Is there anything I could test to identify the root cause. Also, any non-invasive treatment protocol that could yield positive results would be greatly appreciated.

I consume a low carb mainly vegetal diet following a one-meal-a-day eating protocol.

Many thanks :)

Brief Answer:
Epididymal cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking

Spermatoceles happen when sperm pools in the epididymis. Doctors aren’t sure what causes this. Often, spermatoceles develop for no specific reason at all.

Your doctor can prescribe medication for pain relive or antibiotics in the cae of infection.

If case that the situation persists than the pacient may undergo sclyrotherapy
