Question : Hi I’m 36 a mother of 4(7 5 3and 1) my nipple is flat when warm with a little retraction but when cold or stimulated it’s normal. Is this ok?

If you have noticed recently that the nipple is retracted at rest , please get a clinical evaluation. If this is longstanding, it could more likely be a physiological condition.

Also, normal appearance after stimulus is unlikely when there is any underlying problem. So, I think there should not be any issue with the appearance. Anyway, I would suggest regular clinical evaluation and self examination.

Clear mammogram and ultrasound 12 months ago and breast exam by gp in February which was Normal.i think it’s more flattened than inverted

In the current scenario, I don't think there is any need to worry because you have already been examined and investigated. The appearance is a common occurrence. The nipple is flat at rest and not always erect.
