Past few months my bp was elevated my doctor increased the dose telmah 40+ cilacar 20mg in the morning and cilacar 20mg in the night
BP also came down to 110-120/65-80
Few weeks back during regular chk up my potassium level was 3.3
That time new doctor chked with my medical history asked me not to take cilacar more than 20mg per day
If I reduce the dosage my bp goes up 140-90

                                    Brief Answer:
Telma H and Telma a day
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You should not take cilacar more than 20 mg through out the day. You should recheck your potassium once.
You should have Tab Telma H 40/12.5 mg in the morning, cilacar 10 mg twice a day and add plain Telma 20 or 40 mg in the evening according to need. Most of the bp readings should be less than 140/90 mmhg.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
