                                            Inflammation in ano rectal canal.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking query on HealthareMagic,
Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns,
Very likely you are suffering from inflammatory condition of rectum. This condition is called proctalgia. Very likely you are having proctalgia only.
Your gastroenterologist would do a digital rectal examination of your ano rectal canal and if required a sigmoidoscopy would be done.
Take an anti inflammatory medication like Ibuprofen along with a laxative which would help the stool to pass easily.
Take isabghul husk 10 gram three times a day for smooth passage of stool.
May be you would be fully relieved even before you consult your Gastroenterologist.
Hope I was helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
No proctalgia is basically an inflammatory condition which may be caused by trauma or infection while pelvic floor dysfunction is usually associated with tone of muscle.
So as such both of them are not related.
