Question : Hi I'm concerned about whether I should self isolate. I had a heart attack 20th November 2018,leading to a triple heart bypass on 14th December 2018. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in August 2019,and have been told in a letter that I have emphysema,this was seen on a ct scan March 2020. I am a care and support worker in the community. I am 54.

Thanks for the query.
If you are not exposed to positive patient or suspected contacts, no need to isolate.
Use protective mask and maintain hand hygiene. Hand hygiene will be the most important factor for prevention. Keep your distance from people.
However, considering your age and comorbid conditions, you are a high risk candidate for complications.
