Question: Hi I'm having problems digesting my food. I got tested negative for H pylori infection. Kindly could you help.

I read your query and here is my advice.

There are several conditions that can cause indigestion. Gastritis is one of the causes
Also is not only helicobacter pylori which can cause gastritis but even several other bacteria.
You may need to get further examinations to get evaluated.
I think you should test pancreatic enzymes like amylase and lipase because pancreatitis can cause indigestion.
Also you may need to do a biochemical blood balance. Also if possible do an ultrasound.
You need to get checked for pancreatic and liver problems.
If you still have the symptoms of gastritis you may need an endoscopy to check stomach lining.
