Question : Hi I’ve been experiencing upper abdomen pain, is this due to acid reflux ? As I’ve had trapped gas/ acid before , I’ve also been experiencing a dry mouth and throat , is this a symtom? I’ve been taking prescribed lonsoprozle also

Hi yes I had been experiencing it since Monday when I touch the area it hurts also just under the rib cage, I did have it in chest to, my age is 22 I’m female, I had been stressing this past month also been eating sugar and spicy foods , I also noticed I kept burping constantly , my stools were a dark colour and tar like ,

Costochondritis: stress increases the pain and skin may become sensitive.
Gastritis with ulceration: can cause bleeding that change color of stool to tar like: Upper GI Endoscopy and stool tests routine as well as for occult blood helps to pinpoint the cause .
Get the clinical evaluation and necessary investigations to get the exact cause so that an appropriate and specific treatment can be taken.

Thank you doctor, also neeeded to say I woke up Friday morning with a white coated tounge like (thrush is the tounge) and my mouth was very dry swiped the white coat off and have little red pink sores on the back of my tounge and my voice is also very hoarse and have a very dry throat

There are many reasons of white coating of tongue like thrush you wrote.
May be ab actual examination by a Doctor is needed.
Till then take plenty of clear oral fluids. Avoid milk and milk products as these are also known to cause white coating of tongue.
Correction of dehydration may help.

Okay is this caused by? I am also taking difflam oral rinse from the pharmacy (Benzydamine) will this help it go away? Also I only had a a white tounge the first morning I seen it on Friday ,
