Brief Answer:
May be due to pinched /trapped nerve by scar tissue...

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, pain may be due to trapped/pinched peripheral nerve.

Usually, scar tissue is painless but when any peripheral nerve is trapped by scar tissue, it may cause pain.

For further assessment, I would suggest you consult with the surgeon for a detailed examination. He may procure electromyography, X-Ray as per evaluation.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. Surgical options are also available.

Till then for the pain, you can take tablet Acetaminophen. Heating pads application gently will also help.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
