Hi, I've Been Having Quite A Few Symptoms Lately. I

about underactive thyroid and low testosterone;
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone through your concern and the attached reports.
A high TSH is suggestive for underactive thyroid (in most of the cases caused by Hashimoto thyroiditis, do also check antiTPO and antiTg antibodies to confirm it).
A high TSH may be also the case if a low testosterone (in your scenario) is manifested with the symptoms you reported.
But I can notice also a low FSH that suggests for pituitary disorders. A pituitary MRI would be if help to exclude other pathologies except for underactive thyroid.
So, you need to see an endocrinologist in a person who will rule out other pathologies and start treatment for underactive thyroid.
Hope the information will help, feel free to ask further...
Best wishes,
