Considering your age it can be a musculoskeletal pain or gastritis. Cardiac causes are very unlikely.
Where is the exact site of pain? Is there is any radiation of pain to arms or other sites? Is there is any abdominal discomfort or burning sensation? Is there any tenderness to touch?
