Question: Hi I’ve been suffering from a lot of panic attacks and high anxiety. I am currently on Duloxetine for depression and to help with nerves that are still on fire from past medications. I heard that Clonazepam worked great for panic episodes and high anxiety. I’m at my wits end of what it is that will help these from happening. I am currently waiting to be approved for health insurance so I can’t make an appointment to see a doctor right now. Is there anything you could do to help me until I get my health care approved? Thank you.

Yes a combination of anti-depressant like Duloxetine and benzodiazepine like clonazepam and lorazepam can work well for panic attacks. These are prescription only medicines and are available on presenting a written prescription by a doctor.

Daily meditation can also be used as add-on therapy to allay fears and anxieties. There are guided meditations available on youtube and you can try these until your health insurance is approved.
