Kindly explain the meaning of

uterus is anteverted & measures 6.6 x 5.6 x 4.4 cms
Endometrial echoes are well visualised & appear normal

Central echocomplex thickness is about 6.1 mm

No evidence of any sizeable fibroid noted

Your USG report suggests that uteus is of normal size and has normal thickness of the inner lining means endometrium.
And it is normal in its external angulation with respect to abdominal wall, means anteverted.

May I know about any clinical symptoms that you had if any for which you have done this USG report.
