Brief Answer:
Urticaria

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have seen the attached pictures and have read your description.
It looks like urticaria.
Urticaria is usually triggered by allergy to food, sometimes to skin soap, lotions, cosmetics etc. It could also be due to viral infection, due to temperature change, etc.
I usually prescribe steroids like prednisolone or deflazocort for 3 days along with monteleukast and levocetrizine. It usually lasts for a few days upto a week, can recur in some kids.

My advice
1. Consult your Pediatrician with this tips to get his prescription as these require precipitation by your doctor.
2. Discuss with him about possibility of doing test like esinophil count , IGE levels if this problems keeps coming again and again.
3. Ensure plenty of liquid intake to keep child hydrated.
Wishing your child speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
